sms-activate → shutdown（此前误标 needs_key）manhuang.py：catalog/货架跳过 shutdown/deadgeshihua / uiuiapi / uiuiapi-pricing → down- product-types 去掉 SMS-Activate 有效市场

- FunPay 429、GGSel 401、Z2U/SMS-Man 403：反爬/盾
- Tor circuit 偶发超时：scout 出口质量，非配置全灭
