Checklist for approving free hosting.

License

• Project should specify free license
• On GitHub, the license should be shown on main repository, see https://help.github.com/articles/licensing-a-repository/

Source code

• The repository should have both source code and translations
• We don't want to host "free" translation projects for non-free software for free (there is still paid option for those)

Project activity

• Is project receiving some reasonable amount of contributions?
• There is little sense in contributing translations to project which is not actively maintained

Maintainer

• Is person submitting project to Weblate active upstream?
• We want translations to be first class citizen in upstream and that's not possible with somebody taking care of them.
• The repository integration requires admin permissions.

Generally

• Don't hesitate to ask for clarification if something is unclear.
