Two spots where a guard can never fire, so mutating them away leaves the tests green — dead code the suite can't cover because it does nothing: - Partitioner#sampled_boundaries: `[ceil, 1].max` floored the sample stride at 1, but `total` is already >= 1 by the guard above, so the ceil is always >= 1. And `boundaries.size < count` capped the result, but rounding the stride up already keeps every-Nth sampling to at most `count` boundaries. I checked both across every total/count from 1 to 500: neither guard ever changes the outcome. - Reporting::Plain#report_finish: `line = +"..."` asked for a mutable string, but an interpolated string isn't frozen to begin with, so the unary `+` was a no-op before the later `line << ...`. |

- Ruby on Rails — Our back end API is a Rails app. It responds to requests RESTfully in JSON.
- Ember.js — Our front end is an Ember.js app that communicates with the Rails API.
- PostgreSQL — Our main data store is in Postgres.
- Redis — We use Redis as a cache and for transient data.
- BrowserStack — We use BrowserStack to test on real devices and browsers.
