Gerhard Schlager 4fa6722b56 MT: Tighten the posts-series specs [ci skip] 
From a spec review pass:
- merge/delete two native-fallback duplicates in the renderer spec
- no more send() probing of privates; the one guard that's
  unreachable through the public API uses an explicit subclass seam
- finish the resolver -> classifier rename in the classifier spec
- assert a spliced placeholder in the posts spec instead of just
  "raw changed", and drop an unasserted claim from a description
- round-trip an embed_links row in the EmbedBuffer write_for spec
