fix(button-styling): force PreviewPanel remount when disable-funding changes 
PayPalScriptProvider ignores option changes after initial mount. Adding
a `key` derived from the `disable-funding` option forces a full remount
whenever the enabled payment methods change, so the preview correctly
reflects the current selection.

Also removes the now-resolved TODO comment.
