 test(settings): cover invoice prefix input validation 
Pins the decision that an unsafe prefix is refused rather than quietly cleaned
up: a rejected value never reaches the store, the reason is shown, and it stays
shown while typing continues so a refusal cannot slip past unnoticed. An empty
prefix stays valid.
