Bogdan Rapaić 03963f835a Prepare release 6.1 — version and docs updates 
Prepare for the 6.1 release: bump version identifiers and plugin header (remove '-er.3'), update readme (tested up to, stable tag, changelog date), and switch plugin docs URL to docs.mainwp.com. Also fix PHPCS annotations to include NoCaching for a direct DB query and correct translation text domain for plugin_network strings from 'mainwp' to 'mainwp-child'. These changes finalize metadata and tidy up i18n/QA hints ahead of release.
