Bogdan Rapaić 176577cb4b Standardize translations & i18n improvements 
Normalize and improve internationalization across the plugin: replace inconsistent textdomains with 'mainwp-child', add translator comments/context for numerous translatable strings, and adjust sprintf/esc_* usage to be translation-safe. Load plugin textdomain earlier by calling localization() from init_frontend_only() and init_full(), and add a phpcs ignore for bundled translations. Other fixes include minor escaping tweaks, converting a heredoc SQL to a concatenated string, small logic/formatting tweaks, and removal of a stray .htaccess file.
