Frode Petterson d09415ac0c HFJ-130: Added UI for choosing video quality. 
Replaced icons with font.
Fixed buffering bar length on some browsers. (went bananas after iframe)
Removed some underline text-decorations. (came after iframe)
Added hover effects on controls.
Removed splash screen from video when no controls. Limits the usage of video and messes up stuff.
