fix: Migration NPE — Null-Check und User-ID statt Objekt verwenden 
- User::first() Rückgabe auf null prüfen bevor Update ausgeführt wird
- ->id verwenden statt das gesamte Eloquent-Objekt als Spaltenwert
- Spalte archived_by auf nullable setzen für frische Installationen
