Thomas Navarro e313a199c6 Fix: Ensure tabId is always synced with clientId to prevent duplication issues 
Update useEffect logic to check if tabId differs from clientId
- Add attributes.tabId to dependency array for proper effect triggering
- Improve comment to explain duplication handling
- This fixes potential conflicts when duplicating tab blocks
