* fix: use elvis to defensively cast falsy columns to null

* feat: use PluginProps dataclass to validate Plugin::create()

* feat: add ThemeProps and use them in Theme::create

* feat: Repo abstraction over sources (not to be confused with Model/Entity Repositories)
