LinuxJoy c2538cc5f9 fix: 本地化 Remixicon 图标库，移除 jsdelivr CDN 依赖 
cdn.jsdelivr.net 在国内被墙，导致管理后台图标无法加载。
将 Remixicon 4.9.1 字体文件打包到 assets/vendor/remixicon/，
改为本地加载，与 Chart.js 本地化方案保持一致。
