feibisi 73c8825c46 Update zh_CN translation and bump version to 1.1.9 Added lelms-copyright-zh_CN.l10n.php for improved localization, updated zh_CN.po and zh_CN.mo with new and revised translations, and incremented plugin version to 1.1.9 in lelms-copyright.php.
