Auto screenshots for the Blueprints Gallery (#152) ...

##  Rationale

Automates screenshot generation and updates the gallery layout to
provide a glimpse of the Blueprint-generated site.

The GitHub Actions workflow shipped with this PR automatically generates
missing Blueprint screenshots in every PR and saves them in a
`screenshot.jpg` file next to `blueprint.json`. The GALLERY.md generator
picks it up from there. It also adds a new `screenshot_url` field to the
index.json for those Blueprints that ship a screenshot.
