Michal Čihař 9335552f41 settings: Added support for configuring CORS allowed origins 
Implemented by relying on django-cors-headers. This way we can easily
expose this in Docker as well without dealing with nginx configuration
as suggested in https://github.com/WeblateOrg/docker/pull/1694.
