Yahnis Elsts c31b762e52 Remove OAuth 1 support for the BitBucket integration. 
It's no longer supported by api.bitbucket.org, and AFAIK BitBucket doesn't have self-hosted servers that use the same API, so there's no reason to leave it in even for back-compat.
