Introduces PHP error log and 404 monitoring widgets, performance and database optimization tools, and import/export functionality. Updates both English and Chinese README files with detailed feature documentation. Enhances dashboard settings and widgets JavaScript to support new monitoring, cache, and system management actions. Adds new PHP classes for error and performance handling, and updates templates and admin interfaces to integrate the new features.
