- Marked the .editconfig as root to stop further file searching. - Added default charset, EOL, EOF and trailing whitespace rules. - Set indent style and size for common file types (PHP, JS, HTML, SCSS, JSON). - Added a commit message ruleset to prevent going over 72 characters.
