Moises E. Puyosa 874d5f6c5c Fix #749 - Remove redundant upload/.htaccess during post-upgrade 
Adds `removeUploadHtaccess` method to delete the deprecated `upload/.htaccess` file. This resolves conflicts where it blocks product images, as the root `.htaccess` already handles necessary protections.
