Clemente Raposo 6458050ce4 Sanitize Google provider exception messages to prevent UTF-8 encoding errors 
Google SDK exceptions include the full HTTP response body as the message. If a proxy or the API returns non-UTF-8 content, this propagates into CalendarConnectionTestResult and causes json_encode to fail.
