Moises E. Puyosa 6e83bde15a Fix #707 - Correct enable_range_search resolution in SearchDefsDateTypeMapper 
Updated `SearchDefsDateTypeMapper` to resolve `enable_range_search` by checking field-level configuration first, then falling back to `fieldDefinition` configuration. This ensures the correct property is checked during range search handling for date fields.
