9a86679f9cIt's good to have a learn_more_url for each upcoming change pointing to a Meta topic so admins see a consistent place to give feedback on or report bugs for an upcoming change, since a key part of the system is receiving feedback on things we may break with these changes. Even if the Meta topic OP is very small, we should still do this.
