FEATURE: Include PR number in the GitHub PR oneboxes (#37409) 
## 🔍 Overview
This update shows the pull request number inside the GitHub PR onebox.
This makes it easy to look at a onebox and quickly use the `gh` CLI to
`gh pr checkout` into a PR without needing to open the PR link first.
