DEV: skip beacon page views from known crawler ASNs (#39437) 
Adds `CrawlerDetection.crawler_ip?` method as a second line of defence
on the beacon page-view path. Some crawlers occasionally reach the
beacon endpoint with a User-Agent that slips past
CrawlerDetection.crawler?, inflating browser page-view counters.
