The posts step drives the RawExtractor over every post: one embed buffer per worker, cleared per post; extracted embeds land in the embed_* tables keyed by the post. Its step_args carry the name gates (mentions, hashtags, custom emoji) and the source_site hosts for internal-link detection; foreign hosts tally per worker and reduce to one log entry via combine_results. The custom_emojis step feeds the emoji gate and links each emoji to its upload, warning on a dangling upload reference. The posts and custom_emojis tables leave the ignored list, with the schema regenerated. Three resolver examples that need the posts table return to the importer specs. |
