 UX: show user tip to join zoom audio in livestream (#42220) 
This adds a tip below an embedded zoom livestream to make it clear to
the viewer how to join the audio channel. After joining it is hidden.

Intentionally hardcoding some color values to match the zoom embed,
which doesn't change based on the user's preference for light/dark mode.
