- Add `stalled_topic` trigger to `llm_triage`, `llm_persona_triage`, `ai_tool_action`, and `llm_tagger` automation scripts - Each script resolves the first post from `context["topic"]` when triggered by `stalled_topic` (which doesn't pass a post directly) - Add tests for the new trigger in all 4 spec files
