FIX: reduce redemption_count when invited user is destroyed (#35695)
If an invited user was "spam" or some sock puppet, the record may be
deleted
in that case we prefer to have redemption_count reflect the real count
of
users that redeemed the invite

This impact the gamification plugin that relies on this information
being
correct
