UX: undefined $sidebar-width variable in legacy breakpoint mixin (#38246) 
## Summary

The [original
commit](1880ad8e)
consolidated mobile and desktop `topic-list.scss` files into a common
file using viewport breakpoints. During this refactoring, a variable
reference in the legacy `breakpoint` mixin was incorrectly changed from
`$d-sidebar-width` to `$sidebar-width`, which doesn't exist in core.
