Upgrades ember-source from 6.6 to 6.10.1 and ember-cli to 6.10.0. - Bump ember-source/ember-cli versions across all workspace packages - Update ember-events for compatibility with Ember new resolver API - Refactor action modifier registration for Ember compatibility - Fix deepMerge mutation issue in pm-topic-tracking-state - Fix incorrect sinon stub in topic-tracking-state-test - Add app.destroy() and reference cleanup in test teardown - Add browser_disconnect_timeout to testem config - Patch @glimmer/destroyable to clear metadata after destruction, breaking ephemeron reference cycles that caused OOM in QUnit tests The migration from @ember-compat/tracked-built-ins to @ember/reactive/collections will be done in a follow-up PR to keep this upgrade minimal. |
