DEV: Use Meta image URLs in synced docs (#41670) ...

Meta rewrites remote image URLs after the docs are synced. This changes
the image URLs in the forum copy of the posts. Since these changes are
not reflected back in the GitHub source files, the next documentation
sync detects differences and updates the posts again.

This creates a repeated update/download cycle where documentation
revisions are generated without any meaningful content changes. As a
result, it becomes harder to identify actual documentation changes. Over
the past 1.5 months, this happened 9 times on
https://meta.discourse.org/t/developing-discourse-plugins-part-5-add-an-admin-interface/31761,
causing 18 unnecessary revisions.

This change replaces the remote image links in the affected
documentation files with the image URLs currently used on Meta,
preventing this cycle in future syncs.
