 MT: Sync migrations schema config with recent core schema changes (#42202) 
Core migrations added the `user_visit_daily_rollups` and
`category_activity_daily_rollups` tables plus new columns, but the
migrations porting tooling was never regenerated. The pull requests for
those additions didn't touch anything in `migrations/` so the
migration-tests workflow never ran on them.

This change adds the rollup tables to the intermediate DB ignore list
and regenerates the affected schema/model/enum artifacts.
