 FIX: Prevent anonymized user data leaks in bulk imports (#42113) 
Previously, generic bulk imports could retain identifying data such as
external accounts, avatars, custom fields, and staff notes for
anonymized users.

This change excludes that data and applies privacy-safe email
preferences while preserving anonymous username mappings.
