 FEATURE: Allow editing translated image captions (#41915) 
Following up from https://github.com/discourse/discourse/pull/41586

In https://github.com/discourse/discourse/pull/41586 we also generate
captions in other languages, but did not provide a way to edit them.
This PR adds the ability to do so in the translation composer.
