1. Backup /wp-content/themes/home/
2. Delete the existing 'home' theme from /wp-content/themes/
3. Copy the 'buddypress' and 'home' directories from /buddypress-theme/ into /wp-content/themes/
4. DO NOT rename the 'buddypress' theme (including the folder name and css file theme name)
4. All done.
