Andy Peatling 48605cae2d Adding new bp-default theme to the repository. This is still heavily under development, so expect things to be added, changed or completely removed before 1.2. ...

Some obvious things still to do:  better blog page styles, update template hook names. It's time to get this thing into the repository, so expect many fixes and changes iteratively over the next few weeks.
